In early 2017, Nexus Jewelers sought the expertise of Paradigm Marketing and Design to spearhead their marketing endeavors. Capitalizing on the updated website, Paradigm collaborated with Nexus Jewelers to orchestrate an online giveaway via social media. The objective was to capture contact details and foster engagement with prospective clients within their target demographic.

Serving as Nexus Jewelers’ marketing ally, Paradigm orchestrates monthly strategic planning sessions and weekly internal team meetings, furnishing strategic guidance and developmental support. Additionally, Paradigm refines customer engagement across social media and email marketing channels, spearheads online campaigns and giveaways, and oversees customer surveys to glean invaluable feedback.
